Junibacken

Have you heard of Astrid Lindgren? She is Sweden’s most famous author, she past away six years ago, which is sad because I think everyone in Sweden thinks of her when they look back at their childhood. Pippi Long stocking is probably the book you guys would have heard of. Except this one she wrote the most amazing stories about childhood, friendship, fairy tales and about the very sensitive subject death but in a nice way, a way that kids can understand.

Anyway. Today Peter asking me if I wanted to take Casper and go with him and Noah to Junibacken waked me up. Junibacken is a whole house built on and around her stories. The train is the most fantastic thing because you go around in her world with her telling all the stories. In ten minutes you got to be a kid again.

We had lunch outside in the sun. I think the summer is back again. At least I hope it is ;)

After Junibacken we went back to their hotel. The kids played outside while we got a glass of wine (I got mineral water though) with Cicci who just finished work. On our way back I stopped by the “Three” store to buy a new cell. Mine is C-R-A-P and I really needed a new one. I bought a Blackberry. My friends keep telling me it’s da nuts so I felt for it.

At six me, Cicci and the kids went to a vernissage. The kids of course wasn’t very interested so me and Cicci (or actually I blame her) put the kids in this cinema “thing” where they showed a movie. When we came back they just say there all fascinated and calm. When the movie was done Noah came out telling us that some guy cut his heads off. Ha ha…great child movie.

When leaving Casper’s new friend we went over to my dad and Agneta to watch some Friday entertainment and just chill for a few hours. Very nice indeed, when leaving at ten both me and Casper was finished for today…I’m exhausted!

Tomorrow I’m going back to C&P to take pictures of Cicci for this article I’m writing for First Poker. Will be nice, specially with my new camera and lens. Can’t wait to test it!!!
