All set!
Bag is packed, legs are waxed and the bikini is packed but just talked to Mad who said it’s not bathing weather there but I won’t care. I need some sun, tan and relax. Ah well, nice to go down to some real spring though. Not that excited about the whole trip but will do the best of the situation. Like focus on work and exercise. Will also try to find a gift to grandma, she’s funny. I asked her if she wanted a perfume or a foundation but she requested a fancy party top. Did I mention that she will be 84 on Friday?!
Just wrote an article about SR to Aftonbladet and updated my blog to them. They might use my live feed from the tourney also. Up at seven, need to sleep but fun to rail John Duthie in the million also

No air
My fingers hurts as hell. My body is even worse. Every single centimeter feels like been run over by a tractor! Soon the nightmare is over or I could actually says it is over because my 50 boxes are packed and even if I have a few things in the kitchen that needs to be fixed I don’t have any boxes left so I leave that to the firm helping me move next Monday. The only thing left to pack is the bag for San Remo but I can’t find the motivation to do it. Just sitting here on msn trying to get excuses not to go up from the very comfortable sofa. I also got my bump back, the one on my wrist. I got rid of it after Dortmund but now it’s back which means that I have to do a surgery. Grrrr! The space there is to small they say that I over strength it and need to let it rest. It’s my right hand of course I use it…like all the time. I’m a single mom what do they want me to do? There is NO time for it to take a rest. The carpal joint is a problem but I’ll get used to it
Dropped off Casper at Alex around five then me and mom went out to Nacka to leave my car and then back again. I treated myself with a salad at the restaurant in my neighborhood…don’t have anything left in the kitchen (all packed in boxes) so had to eat out. The guys there are so sad that I’m moving, might be one of their best customers. I have like 3-4 lunches per week there and dinner when I don’t feel like cooking. At Christmas day I came out to the parking lot and they had made a beautiful rose out of napkins which they put on the windscreen on my car. Very cute.
No, I have to go and pack the bag, in an hour there’s my favorite comedian on TV and then a really good Swedish movie which I wanna watch. Noelia might come over later and sleep here otherwise she comes early in the morning. Flight is around ten I think.
Found some great songs yesterday…you have to listen to both of them. Amazingly good.

War
Poke war against Roland de Wolfe on Facebook. I wonder how many months we’ve been doing this now. I won’t give up and I think my opponent has the same attitude
Going to the car engineer today to leave the poor little ill one. On our way there we’re dropping off Casper at Alex place. I really hope the car will be fixed when I get back from San Remo. Would really need it next Monday. Fun day yesterday and Friday which gave me so much energy.
Late last night my bathroom became a beauty saloon. Fixed my eyebrows (both shape and color), did a facial mask and waxed my legs. The plan was to fix all that today but I doubt I’ll have time for it with the packing and everything.

Horton the movie
Didn’t go to bed before five this morning, I thought it was a great idea to take all my shelfs from the walls in the apartment. After seven of them my hands hurt so much I had to go to bed which was a great idea, specially when my friends thought ten was a good time to call and ask about my plans for the day (Dilba I love you anyway). At eleven I drove myself up from the bed and into the shower to wake up. Met Jenny and her son at the parking lot at noon then we went to a big shopping mall with Noelia and her kids. Cecilia thinks me and my friends are wicked who always (not always though, I shop a lot) bring our kids when shopping but it haven’t been a problem so far. Me, Casper, Fredrik (my friends boyfriend), their three kids and Noelia with two went out just after christmas (at the sales)…that was hilarious! After some shopping we had lunch and then some more shopping before the cinema at four.

As you see there’s no problem at all

As a treatment the kids got some time at the playground outside the mall

Little Claudia after only ten minutes outside playing…

Nice movie. I’m proud that I was the only parent that didn’t fell asleep during it (I tried but C woke me up just when my eyes closed every single time) *ha ha*.

Our planning on book the tickets crashed so we had to sit at the first row because that was the only one left

After the movie we went to our place to eat dinner and look at this new Saturday entertainment on TV. We switched between this and Tess on another channel who were great in Singalong (an old Saturday entertaining program). We’re watching the talented Mr Ripley now and download loads of music (love to have Jenny’s expertise, she knows so much more songs than I do). About the movie. So sick that they just mentioned going to San Remo in the film where we are going on Monday.

Dinner today was healthy salad after the not so healthy lunch pizza
Tomorrow it’s more packing, both the bag for Italy and the rest of the apartment.
Funny thing from Casper today. He was proud that his father have been in the army as a UN soldier but he got the letters mixed up and called it FL soldat (ie FN). Hard to translate it but you see my point.
Almost forgot to say congratulations to William, no new big winning, it’s his birthday today! The little guy turns 25

Lovely night!
After daycare this morning I’ve been soooo busy…after finishing stuff at home I went to my uncle to install itunes and to help them out on how to use the new ipod. First of all…the computer had Windows 2000 NT-server. WHO uses NT or 2000 nowadays? So after one hour at the computer I gave up and said “do you have another one?”, lucky me they actually had one more. My uncle said it’s really new and quick compared to the other one. Ok, it had Windows XP but it took over ten minutes just to start it and after downloading which take like forever I had to restart everything which took me over 20 minutes. After more than two hours I went to Victoria (really late). After a short stop in the beautiful neighborhood (I love Älvsjö, fancy and only expensive houses, 50% of my friends is born and raised here). So nice to see Victoria and her belly is sooo huge now, due in eight weeks. I really hope that she gets early because I promised to be with her (the father is no longer “available”). When I told her the news she said “no, no, no, no” so I really hope I can be there for my friend, specially when her parents and siblings live in Gothenburg. Lovely girl and my family is obsessed with her and of her wellbeing. Everyone completely adores her and have done it since the first time they met her, so has I. I know for a fact that she will do great on her own. I just wish I could be there as a support.

On our way home we went to the food store with all the other swedes who ALWAYS buy food at 4:30 on Friday afternoon. Met Jenny at the store (she works there), had a quick chat about the plans for tomorrow before we went to get Casper.
At home I made one of my specialty’s “Wallenbergare”. Long time since I made it, really nice. After dinner we watched Dilba on the Let’s Dance final on TV and have a lovely rhubarb pie (NO I didn’t make it it was in a package, frozen BUT I warmed it up).

When Victoria left I had a quick chat with Cecilia Nordenstam (probably the person I spent the most hours on the phone with in my life). This time we only talked for FIVE hours. I laughed so many times I stopped counting. She’s so smart, funny and intelligent and after all those years we still have so much to talk about. I really hope she will start to play the EPT:s soon. Would be so nice to travel with her and I know for sure we will have so much fun. I also think that the tour needs a little more glamorous people like her
I really missed the time we had in Gothenburg last summer after Vegas. I think it was the best time of the summe, the one and a half week I spent with the sisters Nordenstam. It started slow with me and her sharing three bottles of wine the first night when I came down then it was girls night out every single day. In between the party’s we went to Way out West a music festival but it rained and we were always on a major hangover so we mostly just went there the two days to not feel that we wasted 180 euros on NOTHING.

Me, Martina (Cs little sister), Angela, Cicci and Angela’s sister

Such a funny picture…nice shots…lol
When talking to Cicci I actually did a lot of packing and when the conversation was over at two in the morning I didn’t have any boxes left so tomorrow I have to go and buy some more.
After finishing the conversation with Cicci I continued mine with Mad on msn. Had both one and two laughs. Love to talk to her when she’s drunk and playing S&Gs.

Casper while playing Lego Star Wars proved his knowledge of typing, he came into the kitchen asking me how old I was and then he showed me this *proud mom*

Very tiny Victoria with a very big belly

I missed Andreas birthday party today. So many invitations to diffrent stuff on Facebook that I started to ignore them. This is the birthday cake he got from our friends (Sviten is the poker club we all used to play on but now closed down after two robbery’s). Picture stolen from Nollis blog.

Close now
You can actually feel the spring today. It’s not here yet but plus four degrees, sun and the snow is almost gone. Today is also the start of my very very busy weekend before San Remo on Monday. Today I have to do the laundry, work a little bit, go to my uncle to instruct them how to use an ipod and sign the authorization so that they can take care of the last things with the new apartment while I’m in Italy. After this I’m going to on of my pregnant friends (I have a LOT of pregnant friends at the moment) Victoria to give her some things since Casper. Tonight she’ll come to my place so I can take care of her a little bit.
Tomorrow me, Noelia and Jenny will take our kids to the new Disney film on cinema, think it’s called Horton. Before this we will leave them at child’s planet in Heron City (a big shopping mall) while we go for some shopping. In the evening we will have dinner with Jenny and Leandro, Noelia might come also.
On Sunday I will pack the rest of the boxes (kitchen left), leave Casper at his dads and going to my moms colleague who will fix my car while I’m gone (he works both for the army and is a car engineer).

Media tourney!
I love Mad’s media tourneys. Started well but made some bad plays and busted in 17th place. I want a rematch…hope we will have another one after Monte Carlo
Nails are done. First we had a nice dinner with Tess (salmon, potatoes and a lovely sauce with lemon) and chill. Came home a quarter before the tourney, put Casper to bed and played the tourney until now.
In the car on out way to Tess me and Casper had two interesting conversations.
“Mom, you’re a fish and so am I”
“Why?”
“Because you suck at paper, rock, scissor. I am a fish when it comes to poker”
“Ok, that might be true”
“Yeah but we’re both geniuses at the same time”
Five minutes later… (Leona Lewis Bleeding love on the radio)
“Mom that’s the same song you have on your cell when someone calls”
“Yes it is, amazing that you knew”
“That wasn’t so hard. It’s a nice song. The girl who sings it is colored”
“What do you mean?”
“She’s brown”
“How do you know that?”
“You have to be brown to sing as good as she does”

Lovely afternoon in Stockholm

When it comes to branding I’m a sucker to Gucci, Karin thought a Gucci logo would suite me

Sun sun sun!
I looooove it! The sun shines over Stockholm today and even if we still have snow left it’s really beautiful. Casper wanted to stay at home from daycare today which I let him. In the afternoon we are heading to Tess and Neo. Casper misses his friend and I miss mine
At five I’m going to Karin to fix my nails. I promised my uncle to go and buy a Ipod Nano to him also.
I got a text message from one of my best friends yesterday, really made me happy. She’s one of my oldes friends and Casper’s god mother. Since I’ve started to travel as much as I do I lost contact with the most of my friends, she’s one of them. So nice to hear from her. After Monte Carlo I really hope Iäll have some time to see all of the friend who I haven’t seen since the EPT season started in August.

New hairstyle
My new hair, it’s cute and crazy. Still blond but more to the way of being beige and gold instead of the very very blond I had before. Feels nice to do something. Nice to look nice in my not so glamorous life at the moment. Soon all will change, I know it for sure. First of all my new lovely apartment but mostly it’s soon getting plus degrees here which means that the spring is here. Bye bye to all warm clothes and hello to all my summer clothes which I totally adore.
The spring also means that the restaurants opens up their outside area where I usually spend HOURS with my friends both days and nights. Looooove it! My favourite place in Stockholm is located at Kungsholmen (a district near the central station). It’s called “Mälarpaviljongen” and is next to the water. The place was a total mess before the two gay guys who now runs it have made it to one of the most popular. They are only open during the summer because everything is outside. They have a small house where they serve and cook the food. The food there is great, top class.

Looks darker and more red than it’s actually is
